The Company

Southwest Data was started 1997 in San Diego, California, as a part-time document scanning and data conversion company by me - Henry Spinelli - while stationed there with the US Navy (hence the name "Southwest" Data).

Currently located in Columbus, Mississippi (having since retired from the Navy), the company has successfully completed projects for customers throughout the US and overseas.

A small proprietorship, we are partnered with a large network of document scanning and conversion operators who are ready to handle any job, large or small.

Our goal is to provide high quality scanning and conversion with prompt, efficient and accommodating service. We take pride in providing the best possible product for you – the customer.
