The Process

On arrival, your documents are inventoried, sorted and the contents confirmed. You are immediately notified of receipt along with any questions or concerns we may have.

Our quality control processes are designed to ensure that your documents are protected and carefully converted to your specifications. Any uncertainties – no matter how trivial – are clarified with you before proceeding, and during the process.

On completion, your documents are returned, along with an invoice for the job. (If you have no further need of the documents, we can destroy them for you.)

Your paper is handled with total confidentiality. All information is treated as sensitive material, and never released to the public or used in any way unrelated to the conversion process.

Southwest Data will comply in writing with any legally binding contractual agreements.
