Text Parsing
Your text can be 'parsed' or extracted from a document in masked sections or blocks for import into a spreadsheet or database. This is useful when you need specific information for digital use.
Selected text is masked or marked off and read or 'captured' by the OCR program. The saved text can then be exported into columns in a spreadsheet, table format in a RTF (rich text format) file . . . or saved as raw text.
Depending on the type of document, and the information required, text parsing can be a simple or complex process. The per page rate will vary considerably and is determined on a case-by-case basis (usually done through sample work).

Unwanted information and graphic images can be conveniently dropped or ignored.
