Image files of documents which have already been scanned can easily be transferred to us via FTP transmittal. (The cost of scanning is discounted.)

The Price List (above) is offered as a general guide only. Actual costs may vary in accordance with customer requirements. Exact estimates can only be given after a thorough review of your project, often done by viewing or working with the originals or a few select samples. (Contact us for further info.) The rate charged for a detailed OCR manual conversion can be as high as $15 to $20 per page or as low as $.95, depending on the level of quality desired, word-count per page, manhours, and total page/image count. All rates are listed as cost per page/image, with a $75 minimum charge. Prices per page/image are the same for single and double sided pages. If your exact page/image size is not shown in the Price List (above), use the next size up to determine your rate.
