Scanned documents can be directly converted by us to PDF format as image-only files, or run through OCR, proofed, edited and formatted for conversion to searchable text files.
Additional options include bookmarking, hyperlinking, security features, form field creation, web optimization, print/no-print page ranges and word indexing. For most of these options, there is little or no extra charge.
PDF files are viewable in all major web browsers and on all operating systems.

The PRICE LIST (above) is offered as a general guide only; actual costs may vary in accordance with customer requirements. Exact estimates can only be given after a thorough review of your project, often done by viewing or working with the originals or a few select samples. (Contact us to discuss further.) For example, the rate for a detailed OCR manual conversion can be as high as $15 to $20 per page, or as low as $1.75, depending on the level of quality requested, required manhours, and page/image count. All rates are listed as cost per page/image, with a $75 minimum charge. Prices per page/image are the same for single and double sided pages. If your exact page/image size is not shown in the Price List (above), use the next size up to determine your rate.
